No power, missing after 2000rpm 200 1989

1989 240 missing, sputtering after 2000rpm. As a result, it can't get the power to shift.
I will listen for fuel pump underneath to make sure it runs.
I am going to replace fuel pump relay and crankshaft position sensor(which has cracked insulation).
Any other ideas?
