I failed NYS safety inspection today, i had a broken wheel stud on the right rear. How hard is it to replace this? I would like to do it my self.

Side note, i even think the rear on this car is going, i hear a wheeering sound when driving, it changes with speed and i know its coming from the rear. Should i just pull the axles and swap them out with the good ones from my parts car?
