Anybody try to run a B234 with Regina? 700

I've got a fair amount of research into it so far, but two questions are:

1) Can the MAP sensor get similar enough pressures on the 16v manifold as the 8v?

Bore and stroke between the B234F and B230F are the same. Intake hose diameter is the same. From poking around Bernoulli's equation, it seems flow velocity through the system is the more important than X-sectional area of the manifolds.

2) Rex will want to run the timing ever so slightly more advanced than the B234 flavor of EZK. Think it's a problem? I'll be running premium fuel (and swapping the Rex flex plate).

Backstory:

The B234 is in a needy 1990 744GLE. The engine is up to date on all of its shots (i.e. I replaced all of the tensioners/belts/seals/idlers recently). Too much invested in this engine to not use it... but the car needs a lot of love.

The recipient is my '91 Regina wagon. Well sorted.... with lots of new Regina-specific bits... but the B230 is tired.

As a back-up, I've got the ECU/ICU pins cross referenced, so I think I could kludge a plug and play Regina to LH conversion with the existing dash harness (I don't want to gut the dash).

Thanks!
