Smoke from valve cover oil fill? 200

Today I filled up with gas so I popped the hood to check the oil and I pulled the dip stick and there is smoke coming from the dipstick tube. Took of the oil fill cap and same thing smoke coming from the inside of the valve cover. Is this normal? Temp is good oil level is good she is running fine.
