Selling a 700 700

Any ideas on the best way to sell a 90 740 turbo that needs work? I bought the car for my son, and it's been through some fender benders that the insurance didn't pay enough to fully repair. It DOES have some new parts, like water pump, good tires, but burns some oil and needs exhaust and window assembly work to pass state inspection. I gave him my other 740 wagon to drive, which is a 92 and in better overall shape.
I'd just like to get rid of the 90 and cut my losses at this point, rather than put more money into it. Does this forum have a "for-sale" section? I'd part with it cheaply.
I'm in VA, btw. Any ideas what it's worth at salvage? I haven't tried the local yards yet.
