Drivers side door lock -intermittent failure 200 1990

I have to turn my key back and forth in the drivers side door lock before my car will unlock.

Pretty sure this has to be the lock cylinder.

Question is - should I buy all new lock cylinders (ignition, front doors and tailgate)?

or should I buy one new cylinder and have the cylinder rekeyed to my own key?

or any other suggestion you all might have - I would love to fix this but I figure it's a cylinder that has been around for 203,000 miles so it may be foolish to repair something that old.

thanks in advance,

Jack
