Where to get distributor parts? 200 1982

I have an 82 244 with the B21 k-jet and the chrysler white cap ignition. My question is: where can I get the flat round piece that goes underneath the rotor? The one on there now has it's little foil piece halfway broken. I folded up some aluminum foil as a quik fix but i need to replace it. what does it do anyhow?! I checked ipd,fcp, eeuroparts, and vlvworld to no avail.
