V90 160K Braking force is hard , CEL on and burning oil S90-V90

I have a 98 V90 with 160K. The last 80K or so have been well cared for miles. Anyway the brake pressure required to slow the car down recently went up , the CEL has been on for a while pointing to an air pump and the car has been burning oil. I am hoping for a massive vacuum leak... ( I just did the timing belt, water pump and pulleys at 140K)

A bosh brake booster was quoted to me at $320. Does this sound right? should I do vacuum lines at the same time? Looking for guidance/ lessons learned.
