OEM Rotors & Brake Pads vs Brembo disc and aftermarket pads 200

Just wondering, for these 240's are the aftermarket brake pads just as good as OEM or should I stick to the Volvo brand and, are the Brembo rotors as good as the Volvo disc?
I'm told I should stay with Volvo disc due the the aftermarket disc not holding up so well on the 240's and that they will heat up and warp faster then the OEM's.

When it comes to the pads and rotors what do you guys perfer?
