Staggered Minilites? 1800 1972

general question - does anybody have staggered wheels? Normal fitment appears to be 15"x6" w/ +24mm offset. Minilite also makes a 6.5" width they claim fits the 1800 - anyone?

Also...tire size on a 6.5" wide wheel?
