miss when A/C on 900

I am trying to help my friend with his 940 turbo. The car has 380,000 miles on it. The A/C quit and he was having a miss, under load, at highway speed. His mechanic replaced the compressor and for some reason he was not able to energize the compressor with the dash switch. He wired around it, with a switch, to energize the compressor. We replaced the radio supression relay, the fuel pump relay, and the crank position sensorwith new ones from the dealer.

The car still misses under load, but only when the A/C is on.

Any help is appreciated.
