Front end noises 200 1993

My car makes clunking / popping / rattling noises at low speeds, coming from under the front end. Noise is most pronounced when starting to move, when stopping, and when turning. It is not audible at higher speeds.
I looked underneath. Nothing appears lose, or disconnected. Ball joints, appear to be fine, and so are the tie rods, and sway bar.
Are there places to be lubricated???
