How do I remove the instrument cluster from my 91740T 700 1991

I have looked in the FAQ, I have read Haynes and I still don't have a clue as to how to get it out. I understand that to a guy who has done this a lot "You just pop it out", (or words to that effect) should be plenty of information (Grin!)

Here is what I have. The Cluster face and casing (on the drivers end) simply has two rectangular holes at 9 and 3 o'clock.a little gentle prying at several points did not produce any movement.

So Exactly what do I need to do? I need to get the cluster out to send it off to fix or replace the speedometer. I have already gone through the Speedo VS Sender routine and am pretty well convinced that the Head, not the sender is at fault.

Any how I'd appreciate a walk through with the steps to get it out.

Regards

Woody
