Brake booster interchange? 900 1997

I'm back after a hiatus of a few years... My '86 740 finally died, and I now have a '97 960.

It appears that the brake booster diaphagram is leaking - I hear a loud hissing sound when I apply the brakes and the brakes take quite a bit of effort now.

I'm finding two different boosters listed, 8 inch and 10 inch; I have the 8 inch in it now. I'm finding it difficult to find one locally; the local parts stores I check show it in their computer, but when they attempt to order one for me, they get a notice that it is not available.

To expand the search, I'd like to know if the 10 inch and 8 inch boosters are interchangable; I've done a search, but nothing turned up.

Any help will be appreciated...
