AC fully charged still blowing warm 900 1992

Replaced the compressor, dryer, and orifice tube. Charged up system to 30 to 33 psi on low side. air got down to about 77 to 78F and that was it. The line comeing from the orifice tube going into the evap is cold and the one coming out going into the dryer is hot. The only thing left that is not new is the Evaporator and the condensor. So which one do you guys think it is? It did not take as much freon as I thought it would. It only took about 1.5 12oz cans.
