Exhaust leak continues, Crack in pipe to cat, 200

I went under my brick to install my new exhaust seal. I'd posted before about having a leaky gasket between the exhaust header and the cat. When I unbolted it I discovered this big tear in the pipe leading into the cat. It was probably over tighted at some point.

Is this something I can wrap up with a repair kit and rebolt? Or does it need to be welded or replaced? The cat is only 2 years old.
