Door rubs at pillar 200

Just recently I have noticed my drivers door rubbing the top portion of the pillar to the rear of the door. The door hinges seem good and tight. Can hitting bumps in the road at speed and bottoming the suspension cause the chassis to tweak? Maybe hitting bumps when cornering hard? Probably unrelated, but a couple of months ago I installed upper and lower chassis braces. This tightened things up, but now the door is tweaked. Any thoughts? Thanks
