Brake Conversion update 700 1990

Hi All
My effort to upgrade from Big to Jumbo brakes on my non-abs 1990 740 NA continues. At this point I tried the "new" suggestion for the FAQ file of changing from the Pass Frnt brake being run from the Bottom rear port to bottom front port with the B.F being blocked. Still gettin insufficient braking in Pass frnt. Using a Motive power bleeder along all steps of the way and going thru copious volumes of fluid. I figured maybe a bad out of box reman'd caliper. Exchanged, R/R'd, power bled. Same ting. Studied the green book and stared aT the bugger for hours. Mapped out plumbing and decided to use two ports/lines from MC to feed Jblock halves(1 each). Top Front and Top rear port off of MC. Top rear port on MC now feeds upper half of JBlock which feeds Pass Rear and Drivers side frnt(diagonal). And Frnt upper port MC goes to lower half JBlock which feeds drivers rear and Pass Frnt. I got creative and used a section of new brake line like the one that goes any hard line to brake caliper to connect from the JBlock to the hard line which feeds the Pass side frnt. Crazy but works. I now have decent pedal, still not as hard or high as I like though and adequate stopping power but still pulls decent to the left as the Pass frnt is still not biting as hard the drivers...grrrr. I know without a proportioning cylinder(this model didnt come w/1) to expect extra biting of the rears as thats what the soleniod was put in place to control...do I need a proportioning valve for this set-up to work? I can bleed some more...
Here's a bunch of pics. Any thoughts appreciated.
