Question on wagon rear quarter glass 700 1991

Due to my own stupidity, I am in need of a driver side rear quarter glass(the big un). I noticed on car-part.com and elsewhere that they have two listings. One with antenna and one without. This has me scratching my head a bit as I do have an antenna back there but I really don't see what that has to do with anything. It is an automatic antenna in the left rear pillar. Anyone know if this actually makes a difference and why?
