Update to Leaking Coolant

Update: The 83 would not leak when I took her out for a drive. And the one time
that I noticed it dripping was when I was running from one appointment to the next and really I didn't have an extra minute. I know, an extra minute there could save me hours later....I know ...I know....

What I did discover that in my fluid tank there seems to be small/tiny rubber
particles floating around and stuck on the walls. It is not like oil it is like shreaded rubber.

Any Ideas where this could of come from, has anyone had a simular issue?
