I've finally at least recognized my problem, now, a solution anyone?
I purchased a plug in (cigarette lighter) meter and find that I'm charging in the OK range until I turn my blower fan up too high, or turn on the butt warmers or rear defrost etc. Then I'm in the danger zone. Now I know my wife drives this car around with the fan blowing full blast and seat warmers on so the battery has been draining over time and thus my problem.
My question is, is my alternator OK and I should be replacing wires, or should I try another alt? This one has had the brushes replaced and check out by my friend, Ed's Generator.
