Fuel Pessure Test 200

My 1990 will not start. (22 F)

My daughter was driving it, she said it started and ran rough for a while, then ok and then, at the YMCA it would not start after an hour or two. Waited 30 minutes and then it started. Drove it home and now, no start. It is getting a spark and I broke the fuel line. As soon as the key was turned on fuel came out of the line, but not under tremendous pressure, just kind of a steady stream. I did this once before and I thought I remembered the gas coming out under great pressure. It flowed to out but not like it would shoot out 8-10 feet.

Do you all think I should order a fuel pump or buy a tester. Not sure if a generic tester will work.

All thoughts appreciated.

Hawk
