Tips on removing window trim & bumper interchange 120-130

Hi guys - two quick questions;

1) Got the gutter trim off easily, it was damaged anyway so just ripping it off went pretty fast. (ha!) Any tips for the trim around the front and rear windows? These bits are in good shape still and I'd rather not mangle them.

2) Will the one piece 1968 bumper interchange on to a 1967 car that had the multi-section bumpers?
