plug condition - opinions? 200

Son o' Gutz had a little bit of a rough idle and was taking a few more cranks than usual to fire up in the morning. Checked my records and found I hadn't put in new plugs for just over 30K miles, so a fresh set of NGKs were put in.

If I did this right, there should be a link below which brings you to a pic of the plugs. To my eye, they look a little too pale; and I've been getting some pinging since the summer, even when running 92 octane. I'm thinking it's running a bit on the lean side. Comments?

(and for the sharp-eyed observers, yes, that's a stock from a 91/30 Mosin-Nagant in the background... another project in process)
