960 Timing Belt Question 900

I have a 95 960 Sedan, which I keep well maintained and clean. In 2005, at 195,000 kms, I replaced the timing belt, tensioner, idler pulley, tensioner spring damper, water pump.

The belt is now 4.5 years old. Yet I have only put 67,177 kms on the car, leaving 22,283 kms until the 90,000 point at which I usually replace the belt. Volvo recommends replacing the belt every 120,000 kms, but I usually do it every 90,000 kms to be safe.

Which is more important to the replacement question: age of the belt or kms on it? is it a good idea to replace the tensioner with every belt change?
