rear hub and rotor getting hot. 200

I was wondering if it could be the bearing or the caliper. I pulled the wheel and checked the caliper. I compressed it and removed the pads. I also replaced the guide pins on the pads. I didn't think the rear bearings ge bad but maybe I'm wrong. I also checked for loosness in the wheel up and down side to side. There doesnt seem to be any movement but a slight creaking noise. (Might be the e brake shoe?)

Any thoughts??

Thanks in advance.
