Crown Victoria Wheels on a 122?

Been researching 16" steel wheel options for my 122 project. Seems that Crown Victoria / Grand Marquis / Explorer had available 16" steel wheels with a 5x4.5 bolt pattern. Haven't been able to find a reliable source for offset, but somehow 12mm sticks in my head. Sound like a match for my 122. Just wanted to throw it out there for others opinions. Thanks. ...and has it been done already?
