Okay, 92 245, clock spun over 281K miles this evening... but the drivetrain and suspension were restored 47K miles ago. In a few weeks, it will be time for a T-Belt and (50K mile service), I've got that covered.
The odd issue is that my round trip commute between home in Advance, NC and Fort Mill, SC has our trusty 245 doing 200 miles a day. The trip both ways is 90% freeway, that means stop and go traffic, heavy brake use (In Charlotte during rush hour) and er, uh, North Carolina freeway speeds for the rest of the trip if you know what I mean.
I know to look for tire and brake wear and to keep my behind sensors on alert for suspension and bushing failure(lowered and Poly). She is still pulling 28 to 30MPG so the engine seems happy with no codes (LH-3.1), the AW-70's fluid is still red and isn't even hinting at a slip issue.
My question is if there are any "special", not commonly seen failures that might pop up on a 240 under heavy continuous use that I need to keep an eye open for. Please note, I plan on doing this commute for the next 6 to 12 months. By the way, that equates to 4000 miles a month, I consider that extreme abuse!... Please don't call PETA on me!
Any input will be greatly appreciated!

ps. I found myself in traffic behind a new C70 in black with it's top up today, I must say that is the most gorgeous T5 car I have ever seen on the road! Then again, I passed it and the front end still looked like an S60! Still, gorgeous lines but it is obvious that the days of the "Brick" ain't coming back!
