My lighter plug is grounding out my radio when I plug in my GPS on my 1994 940. Both die, not blowing a fuse, then the radio restarts seconds after the iGo adapter is pulled from the lighter plug. Adapter works fine in my 1995.

Replaced the entire lighter assembly with a good part from a pick n pull yard which worked for about a month or so. Figure it's a ground somewhere in the console, wondering if anyone knows the exact point or if there is something else going on I am missing.
