Someone Out Something in My Gas Tank 200

Well actually in my wifes 240 wagon and I cannot figure out what it is. The car is so messed up and I dont know what to do. We had a problem with a 20 year old kid that is a delinquent and I think he did this.

Whatever is in the system is darkish grey or black. Very slippery. I spilled some gas with this stuff in it and almost busted my butt on the garage floor. The stuff is clumpy in the gas but very small. Like a small BB but I can break it apart. It will clump back together eventually after sitting - I have no idea what this is. It smells like when the car starts. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I drained most of the gas out of the tank. Put about 6 gallons of 93 octane in with some fuel treatment, I also changed the fuel filter, pulled the plugs and cleaned them, cleaned the throttle body and ran some seafoam directly thru the fuel line but the car still is crapping out. Yesterday I was able to drive it around the block and its sputtering and sucking air, sometimes it will kick in and run for a few seconds OK but mostly tops out at 10 mph while the car shakes and jerks around. Today I tried to start it and the motor shook pretty hard and the exhaust was backfiring. Im so pissed about this.
