AC pressure with retrofit R134a? 700 1990

My 1990 740 turbo AC has ran well for a few years.

It is retrofitted with R134a and it looks like a factory retrofit.

It is no longer that cold but it is still operating.

I think it might just be low on R134a and need some added.

What pressure should it be?

How should I add it?
