No Blue Snoflake Lite on 200 1993

To turn on my ac I used to just flip the blue switch on,the blue lite would come on and the air compressor would kick in.

Since I took the middle part of the dash off to change the headlight relay I have not been able to get the air to work.

I wonder if I knoked something loose in there,Is that where the ac relay is located?

Where does the blue lite get its power?

any ideas anyone? checked the fuse it is good.
