Buying a 940, questions about turbo. 900 1991

Hello, I'm looking at 1991 940 Turbo. 150K has new tires, brakes, rotors and BJ's. He is asking $800, the reason being the turbo is leaking oil onto the exhaust manifold. The seller was told by a shop that it was a bad turbo and would need replaced. It starts up but only can be run for a few seconds.

My question is do most of the turbos I see on eBay fit the 940 (they're all for b230ft, but not sure if the engine bay has change to make clearance an issue?)

Also, how hard is it to change one out. I read through the faq and it looked pretty straight forward. Would there be any special gaskets or something that I would have to replace other than the exhaust & one's for the turbo?

Any other thoughts would be appreciated

I currently own a 740 GL and have done all the maintenance on it for the passed four years thanks to this forum.

Thanks!
