ABS Alight 200

the patient is a 92 wagon. after a "stupid" unsafe in a hurry jumpstart my ABS light is now lit up in neon.

i know i know....stupid is as stupid does

would i be reasonable to presume the surge protecting fuse attached to the abs module under the passenger seat is the proximate place to look for trouble?

with that said..........is this fool smarter (easier).......to unbolt the seat from the rail or the rail from the car body for easier removal?
