I have a weird problem that I think may not be a problem. OK so it sounds a bit nuts but please be patient.

I would greatly people doing a quick check on their cars then posting the results.

Select mVDC or VDC. Connect the negative (black) test lead to the negative of the battery & the positive (red) lead into the coolant in the reservoir. Report what voltage you read.

Also report what type of radiator you have (make & material construction).
