1992 240 4 door sedan

I think all four shocks need replacing because when I do the bounce test on all four corners, the car bounces twice before settling down. It has 115k on the odo which is pretty low considering the age of the car. Also, the muffler scrapes the street when I pull out of my driveway. The driveway is on an angle.

What do you think I can expect to spend on having all four shocks replaced by a local shop, not dealer? Thanks.
