Intermittent sputter, died this morning and wouldn't restart... djet, of course. 140-160 1972

Last week it sputtered a little bit while driving. Just a really fast loss in power, then back to normal. Over in less than a second. Happened 2 or 3 times on a drive home. This morning it was happening a lot. Randomly, though. It eventually just died while I was goin' on down the street and wouldn't restart.

I hooked up a fuel pressure gauge while waiting for AAA. Usually, when I turn the ignition on and the pump primes the system I see the full 28psi and it holds at 28psi. This morning it was closer to 20 and immediately started dropping.

Oh, and on a slightly related note, it has had a warm start issue for a while. It runs super rough for 30 seconds or so if I let it set for 5-10 minutes after it's been driven a while.

So I have three guesses... Fuel pressure regulator (which I want to replace w/ an adjustable universal piece), fuel pump, or a fuel line blockage. In that order. Oh and of course, it started up fine when I got home and ran strong at 28psi. I didn't chance another drive though, as I had to get to work.

Anyone concur? Dissent? Thanks either way!

-Ben
