light bluish-grey smoke from exhaust :( 120-130 1967

Last night, my Volvo started blowing light blue smoke. I did some research and found out it could be either my valve seals, the actual valves or piston rings. I't runs fine. Any advice? Right now, I'm seriously considering an engine rebuild. I'm not up for rebuilding it myself. Do you guys know a source for rebuilding B18s? Maybe even in New England?
Thanks.
