Upgrade suspension - towing utility trailer 700

Hi,

I installed a hitch on my 1990 manual transmission 740. Recently towed a utility trailer. Went well.

I will be doing more of this and I would like to upgrade the suspension.

What should I do?

I am thinking of installing heavy duty rear springs and KYB KG5565 gas shock absorbers.

Is this a good idea? Are there better shocks for towing a trailer than these KYB?

What about the front suspension should I do something there also? Shocks?

And what is the lower stress bar? Should I install it?

Thanks,

Dean
