Driveshaft - how to find bad U joint 700

Ok... I have this driveline vibration.
I know the center support bearing/driveshaft bearing is SHOT to hell. It literally moves about half an inch either way... so maybe it's the wrong size, I don't know.
Anyway, I think I may have a bad u-joint as well.

Is there any way to diagnose a bad U-joint? I was told one has to remove them to check them....

Thanks,
Will
