about to buy my FIRST turbo and would like some experienced advice 200

i know there are crossovers here among 240 fans that also own 940's thus i ask here as well.

this week if all goes as expected i will buy my first volvo turbo. a sweet 1994 940 SW with just over 100,000 miles.

my initial inspection indicates the car has been well maintained. sadly i am butt ignorant in assessing if the turbo is also in good order and well maintained.

i have read all the faq's and done a few searches regarding turbo tips.

my question is simple, can anyone give me a 12 year olds 1,2,3 look for, do this kind of help before i go wednesday to complete the deal.

the rest of the car is quite sound, actually much much better than sound.
