Hello!
I'm a new owner (first volo) of a 1990 240 DL sedan with 185,000 miles. This site has been top shelf for info.
My question is about shifting the car into gears. Was my car manufactured to shift into drive (and any other gear) without having to put your foot on the brake? It was a bit concerning since every other car I've owned, albeit newer, have always required for the brake to be engaged to shift into drive.
PS.
I wanted to change my ATF to Mobile 1, but I was blown away that a case of 6 NOT 12! costs $45. wow.
