Where do fuel pump wires terminate to ? 200

I'm having a problem with a hot main fuel pump fuse and the pump is surging or cutting in and out rapidly on my 1980 242.
I have replaced and soldered both wire clips under the fuse panel.

My question is where do these wires terminate to so I can also repair/replace the other end of the wire?
