Anyone know a good body shop in Seattle?

Hi,
I want to get some light body work and a nice paint job on my '72 145E.
I've heard nothing good about Macco.
Does anyone out there have a place in Seattle or nearby to recommend?
Also, is it realistic to believe I can get this done in the $3000ish range?
