pink labelled 561 ECU from car with manual transmission will it fit on an automatic transmission car 200 1990

Yesteday Iwnt to th epick and pull they had a special all tou can carry for $80
I have two 1990 carsùù: a 245 with auto trans which runs rich and a 5 speed 244.

I picked up an ECU from a 1990 with the 5 speed set up. I presume it will plug in my 244. Will it also fit on my 245 automatic?. I read on other post that the pink labelled 561 are reliable as opposed to the white labelled one that is why I picked it up.
