Instrument cluster, 52mm gauges & center stack lights are all out 200 1992

I checked fuses first of course, but it doesn't look like there's a dedicated fuse for the cluster, 52mm gauges and stack lighting. The dome and glove box lights are working fine, so I'm baffled. Where should I start to trouble shoot? Thanks!
