E-brake drum shattered '96 960 S90-V90

While turning a corner on my way home this afternoon, the right rear brake drum shattered and made a heck of a noise. I do not have a clue as to what might have caused it, but now that the damage is done, how do I change the e-brake shoes? I've done this job on a 240 but these look different. Needless to say, I'm replacing the rotors/drums on both sides. I also have to replace a caliper because the shrapnel destroyed the boot and dinged the cylinderThanks for any help.
