Hi folks,
Since I didn't hear back on my tranny weird experience, I'm proceeding with the normal stuff - tranny flush followed by a shakedown. My dipstick is actually more brown than I've ever seen it, I guess last month's tranny service moved some gunk around. I've got three gallon jugs and a couple quart bottles of DexMerc ATF and will be flushing this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
My slipping is getting worse, now that can hear it - I silenced my rattling cooler line bracket with some duct tape - and under light acceleration, it chitters, and under heavier acceleration, it squeals. Ack! These sounds are new, I assume they are related to having messed with the tranny last month.
