140 Driveshaft in a 122 120-130

I know that JohnMC has done something like this and I've heard that upgrading to a 140 driveshaft is a great way to avoid destroying the small u-joints found in the stock 122.

I may have found a few vintage volvo parts locally and one of them is a 140 driveshaft. Maybe a motor too.

I do not know too much about the conversion. It has been so long since I've seen a 140, I'm not sure what I should be looking for or even what a 140 shaft is like. 1 or 2 parts? Is it a 2" diameter like the 1800 driveshaft? What size output flange does it use?
