Hi folks, Ari here.

My GLE runs!!! I changed the timing belt, water pump, heater valve and hoses, and crank pulley and all belts! And she runs so quiet now....

And all it took was a weekend. And my back hurts.

So. The rope trick works, and is good when you have a surprise expense and can't afford the crank pulley tool.
